Celebrity Baby Carriers. Dad Baby Carriers
Celebrity gossip is always a hot topic. But who would have ever thought it would be the baby celebrities attracting the most attention and not the A-List mommies who are “slinging” their way down Rodeo Drive!
Hot celebrity trends are routinely tracked by celebrity news programs. The current hot celebrity trend is a designer diaper bag, a trendy baby carrier or a baby stroller!
The new generation of celebrity parents moms are using celebrity baby carriers to carry those kids in baby slings and backpacks all over the globe! Top designers like Gucci and Louis Vuitton have jumped on board producing wares to fit the babywearing niche. People Magazine had a picture recently of Rachel Weisz carrying her son in a denim New Native Baby Carrier.
Then there is one of the latest celebrity baby carriers that Gwen Stefani was seen sporting! Talk about fashionable! It’s a Gucci sling with brown trim in real leather. At an eye popping price of over $700, it should be self-cleaning! Some of the opinions free for all to read have been less than flattering and the writers of the reviews said they thought they would prefer something designed by Prada or Coach in their celebrity swag bags. They said that Gwen’s Gucci Sling looked like it was constructed of brown plastic and the logo was way too visible. There was also the concern that leathers (or plastic) would not breathe enough to keep baby comfortable.
Joely Fisher, an actress featured in the ever so popular series Desperate Housewives, was seen carrying True in a sling at the opening of The American Girl Place in Los Angeles.
Heath Ledger and Michelle Williams were seen antiqueing in the Big Apple while carrying Matilda hands-free in a sling while baby was sleeping peacefully.
Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt may have even used a homemade sling as a carrier in a pinch. Here are two people who understand the benefits of a celebrity baby carrier! I’m sure she will have a chance to put a baby sling to good use with all the travelling that Baby Shiloh will be doing!
Strollers are super for babies over forty pounds or so, but an international airport doesn’t always make pushing baby in a stroller the best option. With a sling or a backpack baby carrier, making your way through the bustling crowd is much easier. Your hands will also be on baby at all times. In these uncertain times that gives baby and mommy a much needed sense of security.
What baby doesn’t seem more relaxed and easier to get to take a nap when in the arms of a parent? A stroller just doesn’t cradle a sleeping infant as comfortably. A baby sling carrier gives the best of both worlds. Your baby is within reach at all times if need be and yet your hands can be free for other activities within reason.
